Most of Tutusally's paintings reveal mysterious scenes with symbolic plants and animals that come together peacefully and harmoniously. Tutusally uses oil paints, acrylic, gold leaf, mica, and other small embellishments to create her artwork. Vivid colors and bright sunshine-like tones drive away any darkness lurking in her utopia where plants, animals, and humans exist in perfect harmony.
